My expertise is helping organizations grow. Currently, I lead marketing and business development for TEKEZE Solutions, the technology spin out from a large healthcare provider. In addition, I teach business and health administration at local universities.
Having worked with organizations of all sizes—from small practices to major health systems, mom & pop pharmacies to national chains—I’ve come to understand the needs of each group and what it takes for small businesses to compete with larger players.
Outside of healthcare, I run a career coaching practice called PurposeRedeemed. Our mission is to “inspire a countercultural view of work that affirms the dignity of every individual and drives sustainable community impact.” I’ve been quoted in publications including Forbes, Chicago Tribune, Reader’s Digest, and U.S. News & World Report.
I graduated summa cum laude from UC Irvine and earned my Master of Public Health at SDSU. I’m a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In my leisure time, I enjoy cooking, swing dancing, and composing music.
